Cancellation Policy
Late policy If you're running late for your appointment please let me know. I will hold your appointment for 15minutes. Longer than 15 will have an impact on what we can do (nail art/ services available) as It cuts into other appointments. If I am running behind I will let you know and your appointment won't be effected. Cancellations policy If you need to cancel or change your appointment, this must be done 48 hours in advance so I have time to rearrange it for you and also so I have time to fill the cancelled appointment. Appointments cancelled 24 hours before will require 50% of the treatment price being paid before a new appointment is made. Appointments cancelled on the day or fail to show for your appointment will require the full amount of the treatment price being made before another one is booked. Thankyou
